Andrew Yoon is the Chief Operating Officer of GreenOak and a member of the firm’s investment committees globally.
Prior to joining GreenOak, Andrew was a Managing Director and served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer for Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing in Asia. He has extensive transaction experience in Japan and was based in Tokyo from 2003 to 2006. Prior to his tenure at Morgan Stanley, Andrew worked as an investment banker in leveraged finance at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette/Credit Suisse and as an analyst at Raleigh Enterprises, a private real estate company based in Los Angeles.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Los Angeles and a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
